Race ResultsMay 06, 20132013 Springbank Road Race - The Martin ReportThis weekend I managed to get my first race of the season in at Springbank. This was a big race for me in several ways. Firstly it was my first O Cup race since my season ending accident last year and secondly it was my first race as a full M2 racer thirdly this race has earned the reputation as "Crashbank" as it is a tight technical 2.2 km loop that just seems to bring out the worst in racers.

Race ResultsApr 22, 2013Bloomfield Classic and Calabogie Classic - The Richard ReportWith the UCI World Cycling Tour qualifying race fast approaching, Andy and I elected to add the Bloomfield Spring Classic Road Race to our already busy racing calendar. The Calabogie Road Classic was already on the menu for Sunday but the course is mostly flat and not good training for World Tour qualifier.

NewsApr 06, 2013Tour of Bronte: The Phill ReportIf the idea of Bicycle Road Racing on narrow, winding roads in uncertain weather and historic settings makes you think of Europe, think again and get ready for the Tour of Bronte in Oakville, Ontario. A "King of the Spring" event! The 8km race circuit is a mix of smooth and not so smooth paved and unpaved winding, narrow roads. It evokes the feel of the historic classic races in northern Europe and modern Pro Tour retro classics like the Strade Bianche in Tuscany.

Race ResultsMar 29, 2013Good Friday Road Race: The Richard ReportTeam Kurzawinski Coach was out for the first O-Cup Race of the OCA calendar. The new course in Ancaster was a bit of a change, much flatter than the old course, but the wind kept it very challenging.
