The 2011 Ciociario Club Criterium in Windsor (technically in Tecumseh) had a smaller than normal turn out but that didn't stop the organizers from putting on a great event. The custom built cycling course was a great location for a crit with 5 nice sweeping corners keeping the racing relatively safe. There were still a couple nasty crashes in the M3 race with one rider leaving with a suspected broken collar bone and another with a dislocated shoulder. Thankfully a lot of work at the front and a bit of luck kept Phill and Martin safe.
